We guarantee everything we sell!

We guarantee every item we sell.  While some items like fly rods and reels have specific defined warranties, we want you to be happy with your purchase no matter what it is.  Any item returned for full credit must be shipped to Stone Creek freight pre-paid within 10 days of receipt.  Other returned new merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Fly Rods and Rod/Reel Combos have specific warranties and can be accessed here:

Fly Reels are guaranteed for 180 days under normal conditions, excluding abuse.

In the case a warranty claim is being made on an older or unavailable product, we will replace it under the terms but with a newer or updated version.

Dealers are not authorized to make warranty exchanges or refunds.  All warranty items must be returned to Stone Creek at our facility in Greeley, Colorado 80634-8906
